MENU OF SERVICES OnSite THERAPY provides a sports medicine treatment approach, with an emphasis on employee education to minimize symptoms and maximize function.  A written treatment and work plan is developed to help guide an employee back to full duty.  We are able to provide any and all therapy techniques, excluding and aquatic program. OnSite REVIEW identifies specific employee behaviors or unsafe work conditions that may lead to an employee to have increased symptoms or may prevent an employee from safely returning to work. OnSite COACHING will help reinforce proper employee safe work habits through "on-the-floor" education while work is occurring. OnSite SCREENING helps employees to minimize early musculoskeletal symptoms, reinforce proper employee safe work posture and practices and minimize any unsafe work conditions that may lead an employee to have increased symptoms.  These screening's can reduce OSHA recordables and severity of workers' compensation claims. OnSite FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY EVALUATION provides a clinical profile of an employee's functional capabilities and consistency of effort, while incorporating specific job tasks and equipment.    OnSite JOB TASK ANALYSIS provides an objective and measurable description of essential and nonessential physical demands of a specific job.   OnSite EDUCATION is personalized educational programs that are designed to help employees reduce the risk of workplace injuries and illnesses, while maintaining an employer's current prevention goal.
